Digestive Health Center

This building was designed to accommodate a doctor’s office and outpatient surgery center. The north half of the building was designed as a medical office building for a digestive health practice. The south half of the building was designed as an outpatient surgery center for endoscopies and other digestive related issues. The overall building is 12,000 s.f. and is located on an infill lot in central Phoenix.
