As in the many projects we have completed over the last 12 years with KQ Architects, it was a very positive experience working with Phil and Crystal on the Space Design Program phase and having a perfect transition to Laura for the development of the Construction Documents for our ENT Tenant.

Tenant Improvements
Tenant Improvement projects are customized alterations that a building owner makes to rental space as part of a lease agreement. We work closely with Owners, Tenants and Staff to design spaces that meet the needs of each particular Tenant. Our tenant improvement projects include a wide variety of end uses, with extensive experience in medical private practice and other healthcare environments.
Ground Up Buildings
KQ Architects has a long history of designing buildings of all types, from homes to schools to commercial buildings. Regardless of the category, each conscientiously designed building serves the legitimate needs of its owners and provides an opportunity for them to express their aspirations.
FINISH SELECTIONS
Finish Selection services include such items as color and finish selections, specialty millwork design, specialty lighting, signage, etc. and are tailored to our client’s specific needs
SELF-CERTIFICATION
KQ Architects is an authorized participant in the Self-Certification programs available through the cities of Phoenix, Peoria, Surprise and Mesa. This means that projects in these jurisdictions may be permitted through their Self-Certification Program. This replaces the standard plan review process and may greatly reduce the time required to obtain your Building Permit from the City.
