Flex Buildings

The master plan for the site includes three one-story flex- office/industrial- buildings and a 3-story office building (See Phase II). Since the site is directly adjacent to the Chandler Airport, we are working with our client to develop building designs that create a relationship with and reflection of the adjacent airport.

Building entries are highlighted with metal canopies that reflect the wing span of an airplane. The first phase of the project includes the three one-story flex buildings that were completed in the Spring of 2016. The 3-story office building will be apart of Phase II of this project.
