Flex Buildings

Two one-story flex buildings, Buildings ‘G’ and ‘H’, were Phase IV of the overall master site plan, Frye Road Industrial Park. These two office/industrial flex buildings provide 18 feet clear height. They were designed for multi tenant use and are divisible down to 4,000 s.f. reduced construction and operating costs. There is also a space for a future truckwell, in the event it is needed in the future.

This design was meant to be a transition from industrial to an office market. The design of these buildings reflects the changing market and function of this type of building. Tenants were no longer looking for high bay storage, so we were able to reduce the building height, resulting in
